Human Habitat: Landscapes of the Anthropocene is a photographic exhibition held at Galleries of Piedicastello in Trento (June 2021 – February 2022), which features Tom Hegen’s work and 5 emerging photographers selected through an international call.
The exhibition design project stems from “Chiasma2020”, the annual workshop that Acropoli Association organises every year. Its fourth edition involved 15 neo-architects and designers from all over Italy, thanks to which the preliminary project of the exhibition itinerary was born.
The exhibition is presented as a work-in-progress: the space is articulated according to a system of pavilion paths following a 3D grid development obtained with innocent pipes typical of building sites. The information panels based on the research shows reports and scientific insights, communicated through infographics and maps.
