Giulia (b. 1997, Italy) garnered experience from working and living across Italy, Japan, and The Netherlands. She is currently working as a researcher at ICA Kyoto, and as a ceramic artist at Liquid Rituals.
By using design as a tool to explore prevailing relationships among individuals, architecture and urban infrastructures, Giulia aims to comprehend how humans interact with and shape their environment, which becomes a reflection of society at large. Her approach is centred on analysing and exploring real-life case studies and sites that are integral to her surroundings.
Experimenting with various mediums, she has developed a methodology centred around field research, interviews and writing. This approach gave her the opportunity to tackle her work by alternating between an objective and a more subjective perspective.
